International Passive House Open Days

Come join us at Legacy House, a multi-generational home targeting Passive House Certification -- open for viewing as part of the International Passive House International Open Days.

Built on a 640-sqm site, Sang Architects designed four individual apartments in two buildings, connected with a central atrium. Each family has their own private three-bedroom apartment plus there is an extra two bedroom rental unit either for extra income or for the grandchildren to grow into.

Legacy House promotes strong family bonding and support while also providing independence with the separate living arrangements.

Our team will be on site to show you through and answer any questions that you may have.
