The house is accessed by a long, narrow driveway. There is a ground-floor garage with a separate single-bedroom apartment. Entry to the house is through a 5.5m high signature door into a double-height foyer and wide stairs to the upper floor.

The kitchen is central to the living area with a circular dining room. An extra side gallery leads to two bedrooms, a study and outdoor pool and terrace. This large rectangular house is softened by a gently curving roof form and complemented by a similar balcony opening the interior spaces to the harbour.
