From the road you can drive directly into a large four-car basement garage. Stairs lead up to the ground floor level through extensive landscaped gardens. The main entrance is at this level, leading into the main living, dining, kitchen and family room. All the rooms open on to a covered verandah to the front facing the harbour. The rear overlooks the landscaped pool courtyard.

The house is constructed in reinforced concrete, bagged plaster on brick veneer and a slate roof.
